1. Registration
Step 1: Submit your registration form
Step 2: Make your payment of the enrollment fee through the invoice which you will receive with a confirmation email of your application.
*If you would like to see whether you like our teaching style or not before registering, we recommend you to take a trial lesson because we have non refund policy.
**If you have learned Japanese before, the teacher checks your current level and suggests a class which will fit with your needs in the trial lesson.

2. Choose a group class or private lessons

Step 1: Submit your class Sign up form; Once a week course / Two different courses a week
Step 2: Make a payment of your course fee through the invoice which you will receive with a confirmation email of your sign up form.
Step 3: Receive a confirmation email with class information such as zoom link, teacher email address, textbook & workbook etc.
** The group class was originally created for adult learners (16 years old or older).
We can confirm your sign up once we receive your registration form, enrollment fee, and the tuition fee.
It means your spot is not reserved yet until you complete the steps and another student could take the spot.

[Booking a online private lesson]
Step 1: Reply to this email or Submit your inquiry form to inquire about our availability
Step 2: Receive an email for our availability and request to book the lesson
Step 3: Make a payment of your private lesson fee for Initial 4 Private Lessons through the invoice which you will receive after booking the first lesson
Step 4: Receive a confirmation email with lesson information such as zoom link, teacher email address, textbook & workbook etc.
*You may start taking Private lessons at any time.
**Initial 4 Private Lessons are $40 discounts within 3month after your enrollment.
***There is a cancellation fee if you cancel a private lesson within 24 hours. Therefore, please kindly let us know as soon as possible or at least 24 hours before your lesson starts.
****We normally need at least 2 days after you paid enrollment fee and private lesson fee to complete the process at our end before confirming.

Lastly, you need a textbook and a workbook called "Minna no Nihongo" for grammar class.
We use "shokyuu Ⅰ" for Beginner course, "shokyuu Ⅱ" for Intermediate course.

***If you prefer, you can print out our PDF file of the parts of the textbook and workbook, and bring them to class.
