1. Payment must be made before commencement of the course.
2. Fees cannot be refunded.
3. You must inform the teacher or school staff if you will be absent from Private lessons and Catch-up Lessons.
24 hour notice at the latest must be given, if you wish to cancel your lesson except for weekly courses. Otherwise there is a $30 cancellation fee.
